Kwila…Philip Steven standing with Walbo KOMUNA (right) and Joshua Oscar(left). Philip Steven was not in his best form against Kuri FC but stood tall against his brothers of Lae Native FC. He was greatly supported by new found defender, Walbo KOMUNA. Walbo who is a midfielder had to stand in with the absence of Komolong brothers and the injured Joshua Oscar.

Remember the name : Eliude FUGRE The veteran, versatile, meticulous and vigorous player currently displaying his prowess with Lae City FC. When NSL went for break over the christmas period, the veteran took it upon himself to keep his fitness level on par. And lo and behold, his performance (in partnership with Jacob Sabua and Emmanuel Simon) in the quarter finals and semi finals is very entertaining to watch. Photo Credit: KINGPRINS…

Marching on to NSL Grand Final 2022/2023. Perfectly captured by KINGPRINS This is after the second goal in the second half scored by Obert Bika. Obert did not play in the quarter finals against Kuri FC due to the passing of his late father. He came back determine to take Lae City FC to the grand final. And his celebration is shared by Philip Steven, Emmanual Simon, Elizah Kamak & Jacob Sabua. Elizak Kamak scored the first goal in the first half against Lae Natives FC.
